How do I update my profile details?

You can review, change or delete your profile details on our online site. To access your information, simply Log into "My Account".

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

You can unsubscribe by going into "My Account" and deselect the email subscribe tick box or on the bottom of every newsletter we send there's an 'Unsubscribe" link. Simply click "Unsubscribe" and it's as easy as that. We'll be sorry to see you go! However, you can always re-subscribe at any time when you just have to be reminded of our current fabulous shoe accessory collection or up and coming style trends, etc.

How can I cancel my order?

I have forgotten my password

No problem. Simply Log in to "My Account" and click "I've forgotten my password". A new password will be generated by email and sent to you. You can log in to make changes to a password of your choice.

Delivery & Returns

When will my parcel arrive?

Your parcel can take 2 to 10 working days to arrive, from the date of shipping, depending where you live.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes, we deliver to any address in Australia. All our products are posted with Australia Post for a flat rate of $9.95. For your protection all parcels within australia will be sent registered mail. You will have to sign for the delivery, so if you are not home a card will be left telling you that it's now available for collection at your nearest post office.

I want to return or exchange my item. What do I do?

Returning your item is simple! We will gladly offer you an exchange or refund for products unworn and in original condition, if returned within 14 days of you receiving the product. How long does it take to receive my refund or exchange?

Refunds and exchanges can take up to 10 business days to process after we receive the returned product.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. All products are sent by international air freight with Australia Post for a flat rate of $29.95. Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately 7 - 14 working days, depending where you live. For your protection all international orders will be sent using Registered Post International. This service requires a signature upon delivery/collection. Please note - we cannot deliver to a PO Box. On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs. Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

Will I have to be home when my order arrives?

You have the choice to have your item delivered to your home, work or anywhere else. (note we don't deliver to PO Boxes) You'll have to sign for the delivery, so if you're not home when the Australia Post courier arrives, they will leave a notice of collection in your post box telling you they attempted to deliver and that it's now available for collection at your nearest post office.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, we are not able to do split shipments. You will need to create multiple orders if you wish to send to multiple destinations.

I have a voucher code. How do I apply it?

If you've received a lilli Blakk voucher and want to use it, simply add any items that you'd like to your cart and proceed to the checkout. At the checkout page, you'll have an option to apply a voucher code. Insert your code and hit "Apply Coupon." Your cart should then automatically update to the revised sub-total.
